1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ClariFeed, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using ClariFeed on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
2. Description of Service
ClariFeed is a feed optimization platform for Google Merchant Center. The service includes: product feed scoring and grading (A–F), AI-powered title and description optimization, Google Merchant Center compliance scanning, direct GMC API sync, persistent product overrides, feed change tracking, and export functionality. Features may vary by subscription tier.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@clarifeed.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Pricing & Billing
ClariFeed offers three subscription tiers: Starter ($79/month — 1 feed, up to 5,000 products), Growth ($199/month — 3 feeds, up to 25,000 products), and Agency ($499/month — unlimited feeds, up to 100,000 products). All plans include AI-powered title rewrites. Prices are in USD and billed monthly. A 14-day free trial is available for all plans. You may cancel at any time; service continues until the end of the current billing period. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: use the service to process feeds you do not own or have authorization to manage; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our scoring algorithms; submit intentionally malicious or deceptive product data; exceed documented rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions; use automated tools to scrape or bulk-extract data from the platform beyond the provided API.
6. Feed Data & Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to your product feed data. By using ClariFeed, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and transmit your feed data solely to provide the service. AI-generated title and description suggestions become part of your feed data once accepted. Our scoring algorithms, AI prompts, and platform code are proprietary and protected by intellectual property law.
7. Third-Party Integrations
ClariFeed integrates with Google Merchant Center and AI providers (OpenAI). By connecting your GMC account, you authorize ClariFeed to read and write product data through the Merchant Center API using the permissions you grant. Third-party services are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or policies that may affect service functionality.
8. Limitation of Liability
ClariFeed is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will improve your GMC approval rates or ad performance. We are not liable for: product disapprovals resulting from applied suggestions, lost revenue from feed processing delays, third-party API outages or changes, data loss beyond what is covered by our backup policy. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon cancellation, your access continues until the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice. Upon termination, your feed data is retained for 30 days to allow export, then permanently deleted.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms with 30 days notice via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes to pricing or data handling will always be communicated directly.
