  • Feed data — product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and other attributes from feeds you upload or sync. This is the core data we process to provide our service.
  • Usage data — pages visited, features used, audit history, and performance metrics to improve the product.
  • Device information — browser type, IP address, and operating system for security and analytics purposes.

How We Use Your Information

  • Feed scoring and optimization — analyzing your product data to generate scores, identify issues, and suggest improvements.
  • AI-powered rewrites — sending product context to our AI models to generate optimized titles and descriptions. Only the specific product data needed for the rewrite is sent.
  • Google Merchant Center sync — pushing your optimized product data to GMC when you initiate a sync.
  • Service improvement — aggregate, anonymized usage patterns help us improve scoring accuracy and feature prioritization.
  • Communication — account notifications, product updates, and support responses. We don't send marketing emails without your consent.

Data Storage & Security

  • All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • Google Merchant Center credentials are stored with application-level encryption and scoped to the minimum required permissions.
  • Feed data is stored in isolated, per-store databases. No cross-store data access is possible.
  • We perform regular security audits and maintain strict access controls for all production systems.

Third-Party Services

  • Google Merchant Center API — to sync products and retrieve performance data. Only activated when you explicitly connect your account.
  • OpenAI API — to generate AI-powered title and description rewrites. Product context is sent per-request and not stored by OpenAI for training purposes.
  • Analytics — we use privacy-respecting analytics to understand usage patterns. No personal data is shared with analytics providers.
  • We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for their marketing purposes.

Cookies

  • Essential cookies — session management and authentication. Required for the service to function.
  • Analytics cookies — anonymous usage metrics. Can be disabled in your browser settings.
  • We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels from third-party ad networks.

Data Retention

  • Active account data is retained for the duration of your subscription.
  • Feed audit results from the free audit tool are cached for 1 hour and then automatically deleted.
  • When you delete your account, all associated data (feeds, products, overrides, edit history) is permanently removed within 30 days.
  • Backups containing deleted data are purged on a 90-day rolling cycle.

Your Rights

  • Access — request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — correct any inaccurate personal data.
  • Deletion — request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Portability — export your data in a standard machine-readable format.
  • Objection — object to specific processing activities.
